1. Donation Methods
We offer multiple secure channels for you to support our initiatives. We currently accept contributions via:
- UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.
- Bank Transfer: Direct NEFT/RTGS/IMPS to our official account.
- Razorpay: Secure portal for Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
- Cash: Accepted only at official foundation drives with immediate physical receipts.
- Cheque: Drawn in favor of Manav Samaj Setu Foundation.
2. Donation Process
Donors may select specific active campaigns or contribute to the General Fund. Upon initiating a transaction, donors must provide accurate identification details as required by governmental regulations to proceed through our secure payment gateway.
3. Donation Verification
To prevent fraudulent activities and comply with anti-money laundering guidelines, all transactions are subject to internal verification. We do not accept anonymous donations exceeding the legal threshold.
4. Donation Receipts and Tax Exemption
Upon successful realization of funds, an automated preliminary receipt is instantly emailed. Please Note: Our applications for 80G and 12A certifications are Currently Applied / Under Process. Therefore, official tax exemption certificates cannot be issued until our status is formally approved by the Income Tax Department.
5. Use of Funds
Contributions are strictly allocated to the charitable objectives of the Trust. Funds donated to specific campaigns are restricted to those causes, while General Fund contributions are deployed towards areas of greatest immediate need and essential administrative operations.
6. Transparency Commitment
We are committed to full financial transparency. The Foundation publishes detailed, regular impact reports and conducts rigorous annual audits to demonstrate precisely how donor funds are utilized in the community.
7. Donor Responsibilities
Donors are responsible for providing correct contact and tax identification information (such as a valid PAN) during the donation process to ensure that their contributions are legally documented and receipted.
8. Donation Records
We securely maintain comprehensive records of all financial transactions in accordance with standard accounting practices and governmental reporting requirements.
