1. Volunteer Eligibility
To ensure the safety, legality, and professionalism of our field operations, all prospective volunteers must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 Years. Individuals must be willing to commit their time and adhere strictly to the Foundation's ethical standards.
2. Volunteer Membership Program
We operate a structured membership program to foster a committed volunteer community and cover administrative, identification, and portal maintenance costs. To officially join our active roster, individuals are required to pay an Annual Volunteer Membership Fee of ₹1200 per year.
3. Volunteer Benefits
Upon successful registration and payment of the Volunteer Membership Fee, members are officially onboarded and receive the following benefits:
- Official Volunteer ID for proper field identification.
- Full Volunteer Membership Access.
- Exclusive access to the internal Volunteer Dashboard.
- Success Journey Tracking to document personal impact.
- Priority Participation Opportunities in major campaigns.

4. Volunteer Responsibilities
As a representative of the Manav Samaj Setu Foundation, you are expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity. Your responsibilities include:
- Professional Conduct: Treating all beneficiaries, fellow volunteers, and staff with absolute dignity and respect.
- Accurate Information: Ensuring all personal data and field reports submitted are truthful and precise.
- Respectful Behaviour: Maintaining a positive, cooperative, and culturally sensitive demeanor during all activities.
- Compliance With Foundation Policies: Strictly following all safety, privacy, and operational guidelines set forth by the Trust.
5. Volunteer Portal
The Volunteer Portal is the central digital hub for our workforce. Members may access this secure platform to manage their:
- Personal Profile and contact details.
- Membership Information and status.
- Upcoming Activity Information and schedules.
- Success Journey Records documenting their accumulated hours and impact.
- Official Volunteer Resources and training materials.
6. Membership Duration and Renewal
The standard membership duration is 1 Year from the date of activation. To continue participating in official Foundation activities and retain portal access, your membership may require renewal after expiration, which includes the payment of the annual Volunteer Membership Fee.
7. Termination
The Foundation reserves the right to suspend or terminate a volunteer's membership without notice or refund for policy violations, misconduct, misuse of platform resources, fraudulent activities, or any behaviour that harms the Foundation or its beneficiaries.
8. Important Notice
It is critical to understand the voluntary nature of this program. Volunteer membership is strictly an act of community service and does not guarantee:
- Employment or future hiring preference.
- Salary, wages, or compensation of any kind.
- Stipend or expense reimbursement.
- Government Benefits or certifications outside of our internal acknowledgment.
- Financial Returns or profit-sharing.
